Hiroyuki Yamamoto (山本 寛幸 Yamamoto Hiroyuki , born October 27, 1979) is a Japanese footballer who plays as a defender for Pattaya United of the Thai Premier League.[1]
He started his career playing for his faculty team in the Tokyo University, soon moving on into the Japan Football League, the 3rd tier of the Japanese football league system to play for ALO's Hokuriku, where he was nominated for the Select Team in 2005.
In 2005, he was selected by J.League club Albirex Niigata to become a member of its satellite division in Singapore. There, Yamamoto was eventually selected to be one of the All West Team in the S-League All Star Game in 2006.
He returned to Japan to play for the regional Hokushin'etsu League team Valiente Toyama in 2007, but returned to Singapore to play for Sengkang Punggol in the 2008 season.
